Earlier this year, we introduced the ability to import all program members directly into an activity, streamlining participant management when activities are tied to programs.

This process is now more flexible. Instead of importing all the program members at once, you can now selectively choose which program members to add. The new interface lets you review the list of members before finalizing the import, making it easier to tailor participation based on the specific needs of each activity.

This update is especially useful for programs that include multiple learner groups or where participation varies from one activity to another. It ensures greater control and accuracy without losing the efficiency of program-based setup.
